Or maybe that’s just me.
Regardless. It’s definitely been “one of those” weeks.
Why? For several reasons, but mostly because I’ve been knee deep preparing for my two live webinars: 7 Proven Ways to Lose Belly Fat After 50.

In case you missed them, and even if you made it (sending you a virtual high-five!), I am cheating a bit with today’s blog by going back in time… deep down in the archives… when the earth was still flat, we read books by candlelight and ate brontosaurus burgers on first dates.
Ah, memories… when belly fat wasn’t even a thought. We devoured birthday cake, ate burgers and fries and asked for extra sprinkles on a banana split — and still didn’t gain weight.
Times have changed.
Belly fat is now a very big thought, which brings me to the focus of today’s post.
