As a 60-year old woman herself, Linda Melone knows what it’s like to get fit after 50. She’s a four-time nationally certified personal trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), the gold standard of fitness certifications.

She’s worked with hundreds of clients for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition as well!

In addition, she’s written and been featured in hundreds of online and print publications, including Health, Better Homes & Gardens, Prevention, AARP The Magazine, MSN Health, Family Circle and more.

She also co-hosted a radio show for Bowflex and penned a nutrition column for Oxygen magazine.
