As a 60-year old woman herself, Linda Melone knows what it’s like to get fit after 50. She’s a four-time nationally certified personal trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), the gold standard of fitness certifications.
She’s worked with hundreds of clients for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition as well!
In addition, she’s written and been featured in hundreds of online and print publications, including Health, Better Homes & Gardens, Prevention, AARP The Magazine, MSN Health, Family Circle and more.
She also co-hosted a radio show for Bowflex and penned a nutrition column for Oxygen magazine. She weaves together her fitness background with her years of interviewing top health professionals and researchers to provide her clients with advice and coaching based on facts, research, and proven methods that work.
