I'm Linda Melone, a 61-year old trainer who's been in the fitness world since 1995. I have four national certifications and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
I've worked with hundreds of clients in my 20+ years as a trainer. I know what works and what doesn't because I've pretty much tried it or witnessed it with my clients.

How do I access the program?
Once you sign up, you'll receive an email with log-in information and a password. Please check your junk folder if you don't see it. All the exercise videos and content will be accessible inside this portal.
What If I have ailments/pains?
First, always check with your doctor if you’re new to exercise. I offer modifications for exercises in my instructional videos anywhere I can and, as someone with arthritis myself, I provide tips on how to keep going if you have simple aches and pains.
Do I need any equipment?
No. All the ab and core exercises use only your own body weight. One suggests using added weight to increase the challenge, but it's not necessary.
Is the meal plan suitable for vegetarians?
The meal plan is a template with suggestions for a specific pattern of protein, carbs and fat. You can adjust and include your favorite foods for each category, vegetarian or otherwise.
What If I have technical issues accessing the plan?
