Yup, it’s that time of year again when we take a look back at what worked, what didn’t — and resolve to stop the insanity.

Because seeing any kind of results from a fitness program won’t work if you continually start and stop. (Yes, I know injuries and illness happens. I’m referring to stopping due to things you CAN control.)
